Hosted by Sabra Williams, ''On the Bench!'' () is a talk show that features candid and unpredictable interviews with the world's soccer stars, and the Hollywood celebrities that love the sport.
It is distributed by Setanta Sports () in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Produced by Tegan Summer Productions, ''On the Bench!'' is the first of Setanta Sports' original programming in the United States.
Guests from the first season included Skeet Ulrich the star of the CBS drama, Jericho (2006 TV series),
Jimmy Jean-Louis of NBC's Heroes (TV series) and USA soccer legend, Cobi Jones .
The second season featured WBA world light-welterweight boxing champion, Amir Khan, Hollywood actor, Anthony LaPaglia, and former England soccer international, Warren Barton.

Opening Monologue
The show opens with a comedic event and/or sketch designed to prevent the host from successfully completing her opening monologue.
